e-mail template at top of Word doc.

Using Word 2003. I have received a Word .doc That when open, shows an E-mail
"Send a Copy:, To:, Cd: and Subject:" lines above the doc window, and below
the Menue toolbar lines. I assume this is some type of template where one
could email direct from the word .doc page. If I print the doc the email
lines do not print.

How can I remove those four lines from the page setup?

If I open a new doc I do not get that email dialogue, but I would like to be
able to remove this info from the pages in question.

It is a toggle setting File > send to > mail recipient (or click the e-mail
button)

I have the same problem. The temp apparently used "Send a copy" rather than
"Send as an attachment" so the document now contains the email header. Is
there any way to remove the email portion?

The e-mail header is a toggle setting - read the earlier reply.
