E-mail takes a long time to display.

I use outlook to connect to my hotmail account.

When a see a new e-mail message and click on it, it takes a long time to
display the message. This usually amounts to about 20 seconds.

My OS is vista. I use Outlook 2007.

Any possible solutions?
 
It may be the hotmail server or your connection downloading the actual
email.

The same thing happens with Yahoo mail as well and even from their site, it
takes a long time to download the mail message.
