E-mail signature with attachments sent from within Word?

We send clients documents as attachments directly from Word. When we set up
the e-mailk signature through Word/Tools/Options/e-mail options, it doesn't
set. We must have the confidentiality agreement on all our e-mails. Can you
help me?

It would be available if you created your messages from Outlook, however you
can always click the signature button on the e-mail toolbar.
