Use "Outlook"--work & "Other" ISP privately---same computer

I usually don't need this feature, but when I need it, I REALLY NEED IT!
"Outlook" should not refuse to allow me to choose which ISP I use at any
given time. I do not want to mix my private life with work contacts, but I
do have a private life.
