e-mail sending error 0x8004010F

I have windows xp pro , using office 2003 , I have 2 paid accounts for
hotmail , one works fine and the other will not let me send . I keep getting
the following when i try to send , it will go to outbox and then an error box
pops up ( reported error 0x8004010F operation failed object could not be
found ) I have looked through the data base , but cannot come up with an
answer to this problem , can anyone help me with this solution ?

Check the account by using the browser interface to it. If it works ok,
remove the account from outlook and resetup.

I have checked my account through my browser and all works fine , I then went
to my outlook office and clicked on tools and removed the account and then
set it back up. It still gets the same error message ? I had this error once
before and fixed it but it was awhile ago and i do not remember how i did it.
It did happen the last time i erased my hard drive and started fresh ? I
wonder what exac. this error is ? you would think they would have this error
in the data base and how to fix ? Help !! It seems like it had something to
do with sycronizing the accounts maybe ?

Outlook uses the Office "Profile" database file. I would hesitate to tell you
to start a permanent new profile, but you might create a second one, and see
if the second hotmail account works there. It would at least narrow down the
error.
