E-Mail Privacy in Outlook

Hello,
I am using Office XP in Win XP. Is it possible to set Outlook to prevent
any e-mails that i send from being copied, forwarded or printed?

Outlook 2003 supports this through Digital Rights Management (DRM), but
that requires a DRM server as well.
