e-mail photos with Windows XP

Used to e-mail photos in reduced size -- was asked if I
wanted to send full size or reduced. No longer have that
option.

I would right click and then get that option. Outlook is
my e-mail application.

Setting changed somewhere? Any ideas?
 
Power Toys for WinXp has that module for photo resizing. It enables the
right click context menu so you can resize your images for emailing

Type in Start Run
regsvr32 shimgvw.

If that doesn't help also do
regsvr32 sendmail
