e-mail passwords

When i like to download my e-mail from the server
micr.outlook give's a pop up asking for username and
password. Even when i select the option remember password
the password is gone the next time i want to download.
How can i fix this problem ?

Try a newsgroup that has OUTLOOK in the name; they can provide more
support.
