e-mail from dell setup syetem for their communities/forums

Just like these msn discussion groups, dell has also set up their forums for
information interchange. I have opened an account and registered 95%--the
remaining 5% for completion is for me to click on a link in an e-mail that
the dell system sends to me. The dell system has sent such an e-mail to my
inbox about four times, but nothing comes into my inbox. Otherwise my outlook
is working normal and fine receiving and sending messages. Have contacted
dell also but surprisingly they try to resolve but have not been able to do
so.

Have you faced any such problem and how did you resolve it?

thank you

Thank you! I am taking the liberty to ask one more question, but if this is
not the correct procedure, please let me know: in other words, do I have to
start a new thread:
In microsoft office 2007 and (windows 7) the ribbon bar contains a large
number of icons, and sub-steps, not as easy as they used to be. I have been
through various MSN inormation regarding what the top major headings mean,
and then which of the lower icons yiou need to do for a particular function.
Coud you please just refer me to a particular MSN writeup, or numbered
document, that I coud download, or print as a hard coopy --cheat sheets

Thanks again!

I'd check the junk filter -if its not there and I was sure dell sent it,
I'd create a gmail account to use for stuff like this as it appears my isp
filters stuff for me.

I'd start here for help with the office ribbon:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/HA102295841033.aspx

Also for more office help -
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/FX100485361033.aspx?pid=CL100605171033
- finding documents for a particular problem isn't always easy though.
