E-mail form in Access

I work for a mortgage brokerage (in Canada), and I just started creating a
database in Access to track lenders products, mortgage insurance products,
applicants information, marketing campaigns, etc.

I setup a E-mail form in Access using the wizard. I sent to a few people to
test it out. But it only worked some of the time. The rest of the time I
recieved this message in Outlook:

Cannot export data due to errors.

Failure: Cannot process this e-mail message. The form in the e-mail message
is either corrupt or has been modified.

I made sure not to modify the form in any way when filling out the form.

Any ideas?

Try doing a compact and repair on your database to see if it will fix the
corrupt form. If that doesn't work, try importing everything into a new
empty database. If you still have problems, rebuilding the form may be the
easiest if you don't have a backup.

I did the compact and repair, but it didn't help. The database as it stands
is a new and empty database. I just put the tables together the other day.
I'm wondering if the e-mail error has to do with the e-mail provider.

I was just doing tests to see if the e-mail form worked. I only sent it to
a few e-mail addresses. The gmail replies worked great, however the hotmail
replies said the form was either corrupt or had been modified.

I'm wondering if maybe something is happening "behind the curtain" when
hotmail is processing and replying to the e-mail.

Thanks for your help. Its much appreciated.
