E-mail does not get sent, but it says it did

I send e-mail messages from Outlook, they show up in my sent folder, but they
nev er really are sent. I know this because i cc: myself. I also logon to
another computer and do not see the e-mail in my inbox. When I send the
e-mail from my other computer, it does get sent. It just seems to not work
on this computer. This has not always been the case. I did have success,
sending e-mails previously. I

If the are in your Sent Items folder, then they have been sent and the fault
lies with your outgoing mail server.
