E-Mail Document Stored On Sharepoint In Access 2007

All -

I have a document (PDF) that is store in a MOSS 2007 document library. The
question is...how can I send that document in an e-mail as an attachment?

uh download it, save it and then attach it to an email.

Or better yet-- just send a hyperlink.

Or even better-- move to Reporting Services and use a 'data driven
subscription' to email PDFs automagically.

I'm trying to automate the process, so the user doesn't have to go through
the process of having to download it, attach it, etc. and since the email
would be sent to an outside individual, the hyperlink won't work.

There has to be a process via vba that will allow you to do this, I just
can't figure it out.
