G Guest May 29, 2005 #2 Hi Dave, You might try using WorldCast from Fairlogic.com: http://www.fairlogic.com/worldcast/ Arvin Meyer has a couple of samples (EmailSenate and EmailSenate2K) for sending multiple reports to multiple recipients. I suppose you could use an Access report for your newsletter. http://www.datastrat.com/DataStrat2.html Tony Toews has some samples at http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/email.htm Tom ___________________________________________ : I collect e-mail addresses in an Access data base. G Guest May 31, 2005 #3 I like WorldMerge (http://www.coloradosoft.com/), which I have used successfully on a number of occasions. I understand the Word's Mail Merge function will do the same things, but I haven't tried it yet. Bruce
