e-mail blocked on vista

My e-mail was working on my vista laptop until recently. It is working fine
on two other machines running XP. The machine running Vista no longer
connects to my e-mail server. Any suggestions?

Does your connection from the Vista machine cross over from one
internet provider's equipment to another's before it reaches the
mail servers?

Do you get any error messages when trying to send and receive?
If so, click on them and copy the entire error messages into your
next message.

What if any antivirus programs do you have on the Vista machine?

The error code is 0x800CCC19

Few of us can do much with just the error code. Click on the error
message and copy all of it to your next message.
