E-mail attachments

Does anybody know if you can send e-mail attachments to
the recipient but not to the persons named in the cc box.
 
Send two messages with the same text is about the only way. (idea behind cc
or bcc is just that, it is a carbon copy. means everybody named gets the
same information.)
