Hi - I'm having probs with attachments from my BTinternet
account - send one message with attachments to several
contacts - some recipients receive attachments OK others
don't. If I include my work e-mail account in the To
list - I can forward the attachments to those who don't
receive the original - any ideas?

What format are you using for the messages -- Plain Text, HTML, Rich Text?
Are you using Word as your e-mail editor? Are the recipients who are not
getting your attachments also using Outlook, or some other mail program?

Hi - sorry it's been a few days since I posted - I use
Rich Text, not idea what all recipients use - but some
have been using Outlook Express. Their message size is
large - indicating the attachment is there somewhere -
but where?

Thanks - Malcolm.

Make sure you use HTML or Plain Text format when sending messages to Outlook
Express users, or users of any other e-mail client besides Outlook. Don't
use Rich Text format, which is proprietary to Outlook and will cause
problems for other recipients, one of which is that they won't get your
attachments.
