e-mail attachment in Outlook express

e-mail attachment in my outlook express is shown, but disabled. I am unable
to download through my outlook express. I am with ixwebhosting.com. They say
that i may have problems with OS only. I am with win xp regstered version

Launch OE then click on Tools > Options > Security [tab]. Under Virus Protection
section, uncheck "Do not allow attachments.....", then click on the Apply & OK.

You may have to close & restart OE to effect the change.
