E-Mail Addresses

When I used Outlook Express, when I added E-Mail addresses all that went up was the name.

Now with Window Mail the name and E-Mail address goes there.

Is there a fix that only the name goes up. I would like to just

Have the name go up.

That is not how the recipient sees the message, only you, during composing
the mail.
By design, will not be changed.
