E-Mail Addresses in Custom Dictionary?

We have a computer running Office 2003. In Outlook we
have a custom dictionary that has the name of every e-
mail address ever typed in the "To:" field. We are not
entering them manually into the dictionary.

How are they getting in there?

That's your autocompletion cache, not your custom dictionary. Turn off
autocompletion if you don't want them cached.
