e-mail a single slide

I want to single out one slide in a presentation and send it in an e-mail.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?
 
You will either need to open a new presentation and then do a copy and paste
of the slide, OR save it as an image (e.g. jpeg), where you will be prompted
to save entire presentation or current slide only.
