E-Mail a movie clip

We imported a movie clip from our digitial camera.
We tried to e-mail from Windows Movie Maker.
We watched the preview which played fine and assumed the e-mail would work.

We sent the e-mail but when it was received (tried several times) even
though there was .97 M in the attachement, there was nothing received by the
recepient.

Can anyone advise if they have e-mailed clips from windows movie maker 2.1
using hotmail to another hotmail account with any success?

Thanks

Hi Wondering.....I haven't emailed from within Movie Maker using Hotmail, but
I have using Outlook Express and that has worked. When I do it, it first
saves the movie file, and then brings up the 'default' email program with the
movie attached. Did your Hotmail come up automatically with the movie
attached?

In your case, what I would do, is to SAVE the movie first on your computer.
Go to play it with Media Player to make sure it saved correctly. Then I
would go into Hotmail to start your message, and ATTACH the movie to your
email and send it.
If you know it works correctly after you originally saved it, then it should
send it appropriately as an attachment. Good luck.

Do you know for certain what the size limit is on emails for your ISP?
How about for the person wanting to receive the file?
ISP's limit the sizes they allow for email attachments since they have to
store this information on their server until the recipient picks it up plus
to save bandwidth.
