I want to set-up an online store for my Spanish language web site. The
problem with most of the plug-ins for Frontpage is that all the buttons or
links are in English and cannot be customized into other languages. So even
if the product info is in Spanish, the "buy" botton or other hard coded
shopping cart text is in English. Is there a plug-in or outside service (I
tried b-central, but same problem) that would solve my problem?

ASP.NET [1] supports Español and many other languages including the display
of the desired language on buttons and other user interface controls. You
will need to select an e-commerce shopping cart application that is
developed with ASP.NET. You can still use FrontPage to do the layout of the
pages of course.
