Has anyone ever created an E-Book using Word 2007? Since Word 2007 is

sufficient in the sense of that you usually end up with a PDF file that
is OK for displaying and/or printing, yes.
The Add-in for Office 2007 does not allow the fine-tuning that, say,
the
full Adobe Acrobat offers, in terms of picture downsampling and font
embedding, but for many applications, the result is still very much OK.
And it does not seem to have any method to set PDF security options
(like: allow/disallow to annotate, print, change, etc.).
