I think the DB route is the way you want to go. I would use the 2
tables in the Access database as mentioned earlier. Just for the ease
(read: less skill required) of it I would use a database results wizard to
bring up all the regular prices and then another DRW to bring up the
specials. The specials could be generated 2 ways, either using the wizard
to check the date (sql statement) or by creating a query in access and
checking the date there. The choice between the 2 would be based if you are
more comfy with using access or sql.
