Dynamic Spanned Disk

Hello,

I had a dynamic spanned disk comprising of 2 SATA drives, my motherboard
died and was replaced yesterday with the exact same model of board.

The dynamic spanned disk did not come back though.

Under disk management one drive is seen by the system and the other disk is
marked as missing. The disk that is missing is seen under disk management as
an unknown dynamic disk.

How can I get the spanned disk to recognise the unknown dynamic disk as the
missing drive?

We have tried the missing drive in all SATA ports to no avail.

Right click on the missing drive and choose Rescan disk. It should then be
found.

I am about to lost 1Tb of data, its tells me there is a drive missing and in
the same window I can see the drive.
