Dynamic link

I have windows Home XP on my system and lately it has
been coming up with the following message after it boots
up:

The procedure entry point ?
ReadKeyString@CSiSReg@@SAHPAD0H0PAUHKEY_@@K@Z could not
be located in the Dynamic Link Library SiSBase.dll.

If you can help me with this as when it comes to this
sort of thing, I dont have a clue.
