DLL error at Bootup

Has anyone ever experienced the message below on bootup. If so, what is it
and how do I fix it??


ReadKeyString@CSiSReg@@SAHPAD0H0PAUHKEY_@@K@Z could not

be located in the Dynamic Link Library SiSBase.dll.
