Dynamic Excel

Dear All

Is there anything that I can do in Excel to my Excel report dynamic?
For eg... is it possible to create something which will create results
based on figures keyed in... ? Any suggestions would be welcomed... It
would be good if u could send me similar Excel project of yours... to
me as reference...
