dynamic effects format

FP XP used to have an option for adding dynamic formatting - for example, to
make a phrase with a link in it change color when the cursor is put on the
link - I am now using FP 2003 and seem to be unable to find that option. any
idea where it is??
 
Hi,

Right click on tool bar, you will find one toolbar with the name
"DHTML Effects". Using same toolbar you can do dynamic formatting
