Dynamic disc, Media performance advantage?

I just added a second and hard drive , and I want to know if there is any
performance advantage to Converting it from a basic disc , to a dynamic disc
? (ntfs Format) the performance advantage and looking for, is in the
ripping and burning of CD's as well as play back in my media player .
Thanks, any advice is appreciated
