First of all dwwin.exe (Dr Watson) is an error reporting tool not the
problem itself, it report the error to an Event Log in the Event Viewer for
any error report for a program didn't release the memory while the computer
shut down, like your Anti-Virus or other Third-Party applications.
So it will be wise if you look in your Event Viewer log and see if there are
any Error Messages (X) caused by Applications/Hardware and double click (X)
to get more Info and you can copy & Paste them in your next post for us to
have a look and hopefully one will give you the right procedure to cure this
issue.
To access the Event Viewer do the Following:
Open a run command and type in the input box:
eventvwr click [OK] / Hit [Enter] on your keyboard.
Here you are on the Event Viewer you will see three Folders:
Application
Security
System
By clicking on each you will see the Event Log for it in the Right
pane/window look for any Red X and double click it get the exact Error and
the application name.
The same with the other two.

= If you get Memory Cannot be read or written. As the name refer to, it is a
memory problem, some applications/programs
didn't release the memory in timely fashion causing the Error to be thrown by
the system error reporting tools.
Also it could be the work of malwares, badly written application installed
on your system including third party toolbars installed beside Internet
explorer, do you have other toolbars installed try to uninstall them, memory
gone bad or loose in their slots/dust also can cause this.
