DWWIN.exe crash on shut down

This happens almost every time I shut XPhome down. Also usually shows 1 or
2 more error boxes. Been doing this for years, any information on the cause
and fix?

It's been doing this for years?!! Very basically, something you have
running in the background is having a problem exiting gracefully and is
crashing. Dr. Watson is trying to report it and is also apparently
crashing. Since you didn't quote any of the error messages (exact text
is necessary), that's as specific as I can get.

Go through this shutdown troubleshooter to find out what is causing the
