DWT troubles -- Please look!

My website workers and I (amateurs, all of us) are having trouble attaching a
Dynamic Web Template to a page. It works with this page and most others:
http://www.nacc.edu/july/institutional/syllabi.htm

But not with this page and others like it:
http://www.nacc.edu/institutional/syllabi/syllabi_areaIII.htm

Can anyone please look at these and tell me the difference? Is the added
Javascript messing things up?

Open the problem page and reapply the DWT
- your paths are off by one level (you must have moved the file)
