DWT problem

I have a small site made with FP2003 and I have been having problems recently
of various types. Now I find that I am unable to open any DWT files as the
extension/filetype is not recognised. The message says There was an error
trying to open the file ****.dwt. There is no provision in FP to create DWT
pages so someting appears to be missing. I have removed and reinstalled FP
but nothing helps. Any ideas please

I am opening my disc based site on my PC and then attempting to open a DWT
page exactly as I have done countless times before. If I create a new page I
am not offered the choice of saving it as a DWT which is why I think
something is missing.

Check your Tools Page Options Authoring and make sure the FP & SP technologies are all enabled

I do not have that option on Page Options page for some reason
