Dvorak keyboard installation

I bought a new computer and prefer to type with the
DVORAK keyboward. I can not find how to change it. The
convulted, blood pressure raising MS online help was zero
help. I have been through all my screens in the control
panel for "Accesibility" and "Keyboard" and found
nothing. The Accessibility Wizard was a dunce.

Changing the keyboard layout was a breeze on Windows
98. Now here is the kicker. I bought a previuos machine
with Windows XP 6 months ago and somehow changed the
keyboard. So I went on that machine to try and figure
out how I did it. It isn't there anymore! I can not
change it back to a conventional keyboard. Also a couple
of months ago my shotcut for Wordperfect10 disappeared
and there is no way of finding Wordperfect10 .exe files
in the directory using Windows Explorer. Yet the program
is still a ghost in the machine because I can open old
Wordperfect10 documents and edit them or create new
documents by saving using a new file name.

I suspect it is a Microsoft plot which was executed
when I downloaded an automatic Windows XP update.

So three questions:
1) How to get the dvorak keyboward.
2) Where did the Wordperfect10 program go?
3) Why are tech phone numbers to Microsft a company
secret?

Any answers to any of the questions would be appreciated.

Control Panel (classic view)> Regional and Language Options> Language>
Details. On the next screen that appears, you'll see Keyboard in the
Installed Services section. Select Keyboard and then click Add. On the next
screen you should see the Keyboard Layout option listed. Place a check in
the box and then select Dvorak from the drop down list. OK your way back to
the desktop.

The program is still installed since it is operational. You may need to
change your view settings in Folder Options to show hidden/system files and
folders. Then look for the Word Perfect executable. When found, create a
new shortcut for it. Place that new shortcut on the desktop or in your
start menu - or both!
