DVDs over USB

I was just wondering if DVDs will play better on a USB DVD player
with USB 2.0 compared to USB 1.0.

Thanks.
 
A bandwidth requirement of a minimally compressed DVD is close to the maximum bandwidth of USB1; better to use USB2.
