Jeff, my dvd also quit. 4 months ago our computer completley died. we lost evrything, including our dvd. I have asked dell for support to get it back, but as of today nothing yet. If you get the answer on how to fix your dvd, please lat me know, maybe i can fix mine
Click on my computer, right click on your dvd icon, when the popup box appears click on autoplay at the top of the window when it appears. Then select the appropreate boxes.
