Hello,

after downloading windows vista rc1 i burnt it on a dvd with nero, and when
i look at my dvd drive in windows xp it shows the dvd, but it tells me to
start it as a boot disk. Easier said then done, i rebootet but windows xp
just boots normaly. So the question is, how do i boot from the dvd i just
burnt ?

thanks in advance.

Jason.

versions and downloaded the 64 bit version and i don't know if my pc supports
64 bit. How do check if it does ?

well if ur processor isnt a 64-bit version which you can find our by your
motherboard type or from the place where you bought your pc from but most
likely you have a 86x which is know as a 32-bit.

You can check your processor but chances are you do not want the 64 bit
version. It will be incredibly slow if you have less than 2 GB of memory.
Also there are many applications that will not instal on it
