dvd+rw wont erase

i keep trying to erase my dvd but when i do and try to rewrite on it my
computer said it was not blank.
i use nero to erase it.nero said it was erased but still cant write on disk
the disk is a Philips dvd+rw 1-4x

When you place this RW disk into the drive, go to my computer and explore it,
see if the data is still on it.
When utilizing Nero Erase Disk make sure the correct drive is selected, if
you have two drives ensure the one you require is selected.
Also make sure you perform the complete erasure function not quick erase
Try putting data on another disk and then erase that one, I say this because
it's possible the disk your trying to erase is damaged

i can write to the disks if i put them in my dvd recorder but when i put it
in the computer to write on it alway said it is full even if i dont see
nothing there the same with my cd-rw
