dvd region

Hi, I'm unable to change my DVD region from 1, to 2, which I need to do in order to watch any DVD's. I use XP Home edition. any ideas? thanks
 
On your computer dvd player you can only change the region so many times before it locks. Sometimes it will be locked by the manufacturer. There is a program that will unlock it but you will have to do a search for it. I have not used the program so i cant tell you where to look or if they work
