DVD-RAM drive

Hi,

When I go to "My Computer" for some reason there is no longer a D drive
showing

In my c:\
drivers\DVD RAM folder - when I click on the exe. file says that the DVD
RAM drive is not connected

When I try to install it it tells me that it is already installed. I have
tried deleting the program but it makes no difference. The results are the
same and I get the same messages.. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks

Try physically removing / disconnecting the hardware, deleting it, reboot
and logon as "Administrator" twice more, then reinstall the drive.
