TRIED TO PLAY VIDEO AND RECEIVED MESSAGE-- PROPER DECODER
NOT INSTALLED.WENT TO MICROSOFT AND CAN NOT OPEN SITE DUE
TO SECURITY WILL NOT OPEN. HOW DO I GET PROPER DECODER ON
PC TO PLAY VIDEOS.
 
Install powerdvd or windvd. One of them is likely to have come with the dvd
player. If the video your trying to play is an AVI you may try www.divx.com
