b) Have you installed the correct software... either PowerDVD, WinDVD or
just the DVD codec (which can be purchased from www.intervideo.com)?
You cannot play a DVD in a CD ROM or CD Burner. You can play a DVD in a DVD
ROM drive or DVD burner drive but you must have the correct software or
codecs installed on the PC first.
