DVD Player

Hi-

My DVD playewr does not what to work. My drive will play
cds but will not play the dvds...it just does error and
then will not shut down. Then asks if I want to send an
error report.

I just want it to stop loading and actually play...it is
continuosly loading

What DVD software do you have installed?
