hi i am having problems with my dvd player. it seems whenever i put in a dvd
it says can not detect dvd in dvd rom player. it also says that there is an
I/O device error. i need some help asap plz

Hi check device manager an see what the status is of your dvd. It sounds like
it has failed.

it says its perfectly fine and it countinues to happen i called technical
support and they said i have to restart my computer fully should i do it?
