DVD Kits

Is it possible to find out if the DVD has been sent after it's been ordered?
I sent my order on the 12th June but there is no sign of it, I'm in the UK if
that makes any difference

I am in the UK too.
My order was placed on 8th June. Card charged 26th June and the kit arrived
yesterday morning by ordinary post, shipped on 3rd July according to the
packet label.

All we have is an email address for MS Direct Marketing who must be snowed
under with queries - just an automated response saying they'll get round to
dealing with your email.
