"DVDFab Express does the job of DVDFab Decrypter (Free Version) & is a
re-authoring tool as well (e.g. Shrink). The free version is a watered
down version of the trial version."
Fab Express will use most programs to burn dvds. It doesn't come with
the burning component. It's basically the ripping part of an old
freeware program called dvddecryptor that is no longer being developed.
The only reason to use fab express instead is that it's still being
upgraded.
DVDFab Decrypter is a simple version of DVDFab Express.
It copies entire DVD movie to hard disk, and removes all
the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, Macrovision, UOPs and
Sony ARccOS) while copying.

This is the link to the free software. Other products on this site
aren't free: http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm. I'm not sure this
software does much except strip protection from dvds.
DVDFab Express is Shareware,
and that program use "VSO burning engine"
But if you mean the freeware program
DVDFab Decrypter http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm
That program don't have a burning engine.
So you need to use your regular burning program
or you can use
ImgTool Classic http://www.coujo.de/
ImgTool Classic is used to build DVD video compliant images
from dvd root directories.
and then burn the dvd image with
ImgBurn http://www.imgburn.com/
ImgBurn can write most types of CD / DVD images and it supports
all the latest writers (including booktype / bitsetting on many of
the major ones - i.e. BenQ, LiteOn, NEC, Plextor, Sony). You can
even use ImgBurn to erase / format your rewritable media!
Different program.
The one you asked about wasn't freeware was it?
I was trying to make you see the error in your post, but oh well, subtlety
doesn't always work.
