DVD editting

I recently installed my DVD drive and I was wondering if there is any way
that I can edit dvd's from the drive window like you can with CD's. You
know.... the drag and drop, then just click burn. Is there any way to do set
up XP Pro to do that with DVD's, instead of using, say, Nero...?

NO! XP was never designed to do DVDs directly.

XP has no inbuilt ability to handle DVDs. Third party software is needed.
