Hi

I recently re-installed XP, and now my pc is confusing my
DVD & cd-writer. It swapped the two around. Changing the
dvd from "D" to "E" drive and vica versa. So my pc wants
to read from the cd-writer, and i cant burn cd's anymore.
How can i fix this?

Thanks in advance

Right click on My Computer, select Manager. On the following screen click
on Disk Management. Drives will appear on the right hand side of the
screen. Reassign drive letters.

Though I doubt this is why it won't burn anymore, you can swap the two
drive letters. Right click on My Computer, click Manage, click Disk
Management, right click on the DVD (D?) drive and click change drive
letter. Change it to F, then change the CD Writer to D, then change the
DVD to E. That should do it ;)
