DVD/CD Writer No Record

Cannot record on my HP dvd200i. Get the following
message..."This drive in use by another
application 'Roxio CD Kernel' Easy CD Creator cannot use
it until the application has completed.
 
www.hp.com will be your best source for answers for an HP drive.
